Anchor Bay has just released the cover art and a list of extras for their upcoming releases of Halloween 4 and 5.  The release date for both is August 28th, 2012.

These will be followed in September with special edition Blu Rays of Halloween 2 and 3 from Shout Factory’s new horror label, Scream Factory.
