Cinematic Titanic has announced a street date for its next DVD. The team’s live riff of the 1976 horror film Rattlers, which starred no one of consequence, will be available on July 17th, 2012.
Unlike past releases, this one will be exclusive to Amazon.com. Cinematic Titanic will be making all of its past and future releases available at the online retailer.
RiffTrax, the post-Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie riffing project from Mike Nelson, Bill Corbett and Kevin Murphy, announced via youtube and twitter that they will be taking on the iconic bad movie, “Manos” The Hands of Fate.
The movie was previously adapted into one of best episodes of MST3K, though it was done before Mike Nelson’s tenure as host.
The next Cinematic Titanic Live DVD, War Of The Insects, has been given a release date of December 2nd.
Available only through their website, the disc will cost $14.99.
Cinematic Titanic also announced that a new shipment of DVDs featuring their take on Santa Claus Conquers The Martians will be available on the same day, just in time for Christmas.
