The BBC is entering the zombie TV market with its new series In The Flesh.
Unlike other entries in the genre, which typically take the form of post-apocalyptic horror stories, In The Flesh is about a world trying to reintegrate the returned dead back into society (presumably, these dead aren’t cannibals, otherwise that plan would be unpractical).

The first footage from the big-budget zombie movie World War Z is set to make its debut on Entertainment Tonight (way to know your audience, marketers!) this Thursday.
ET apparently couldn’t wait and has posted 20 some-odd seconds of it online. We’re not sure what to make of it. The zombies are less walking dead, and more rolling blob. It’s kind of like Katamari Damacy with corpses.
eOne Entertainment has announced a November 20th release date for the 2010 Japanese zombie comedy Big Tits Zombie.
It stars Japanese adult video star Sora Aoi (which translates to ‘Blue Sky,’ fyi) as a stripper who, along with her stripper friends, fights off a zombie infestation.
The unrelated 2008 American film Zombie Strippers, starring Jenna Jameson, has a similar premise and was actually a fun movie, so maybe this has potential? Continue reading
Revenge of the Living Dead Girls
It’s an old story. Some guy dumps chemical waste in a grave yard, causing the dead to rise and go on a killing spree. The unique twist in this film is that all the zombies are girls, and their means of killing has a sexual edge to it.
Unfortunately (if that description appeals to you), this French zombie film is something of a mess.
Zombie Strippers is a faux-B-Movie; that is, while it puts on the guise of a low-budget exploitation film, it actually has some money behind it.

Luckily, that’s not the case here.
Produced, Written, and Directed by Shawn Darling. Starring Shawn Darling. Editing, Makeup, and Soundtrack by Shawn Darling.

Last of the Living
Glasses, Rock Star, and The Other Guy must help Hot Girl Scientist get to a laboratory on some near-by island where a team of presumably less hot scientists are working on a cure to the zombie condition.

Attack Girls’ Swim Team Vs. The Undead
Nihombie! Zombie Trilogy
This movie is called Attack Girls’ Swim Team Vs. The Undead. That’s all you really need to know about it. Whatever wild fantasies pop into your head upon hearing the title, you will most likely find represented in the film itself.
Zombie Self-Defense Force
Nihombie! Zombie Trilogy
When I was eight, I used to end every short story I wrote for school with, ‘and then the Earth blew up and everyone died.’ I wasn’t morbid, I just thought it was cool to end everything with a giant, action movie explosion. Watching Zombie Self-Defense Force, I can’t help but think that its producers feel the same way.
