True Blood Six Pack

HBO has renewed True Blood for a sixth season.

The sexy southern vampire series is the highest rated show on the cable channel.  June 10th’s fifth season premiere was watched by 6.2 million people.

Alan Ball, the current show runner who adapted the series from the novels by Charlaine Harris, will leave the show after this season.  Co-executive producer Mark Hudis will take over next year.
